Requirements

  • Completed technical degree verifiable as Administrative Technician or Secretary
  • 2 years of experience in secretarial and administrative knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external calls from the organization.
  • Keep the files and documentation of the Human Capital area updated.
  • Manage administrative procedures related to checks and purchase requisitions.
  • Participate in the organization of events and activities for personnel.
  • Prepare letters and administrative documentation for collaborators.
  • Comply with the Quality and Food Safety Policy established by the organization.
  • Disseminate the activities and phases of the processes in which it participates.
  • Participate in training courses, updates, and work meetings.
  • Respect the guidelines related to the quality of products and services.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and compliance of operational procedures.
  • Comply with the guidelines for documentary control and record management.
  • Know and apply the quality and food safety requirements corresponding to their activities.
  • Participate in teams for participatory administration, indicator monitoring, and presentations.
  • Practice and promote the veracity and integrity of the records under their responsibility.
  • Maintain the integrity and validity of calibration labels for instruments and equipment when applicable.
  • Implement the requirements of the food safety system applicable to their activities.
  • Ensure compliance with established food safety requirements and prerequisites.
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Stop processes and notify deviations when food safety risks are detected.
  • Contribute to environmental preservation through responsible use of water, energy, and other resources.
  • Identify and control environmental aspects and impacts derived from their activities.
  • Apply good environmental practices and environmental management programs established by the company.
  • Promote continuous improvement of environmental indicators related to their functions.
  • Minimize waste generation and encourage practices of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
  • Comply with the environmental responsibilities defined by the organization.
  • Apply and comply with occupational safety and health policies, principles, and procedures.
  • Identify risks before executing activities and apply corresponding control measures.
  • Correctly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
  • Immediately report any incident, unsafe condition, or detected risk.
  • Actively participate in programs, activities, and improvements related to safety.
  • Perform activities according to established operational and safety procedures.
  • Update and participate in the review of risk assessments when incidents or changes in processes occur.
