Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Commercialization, Marketing.
  • Experience as a promoter in convenience stores (2 years), Auxiliary, assistant (2 years), sales operator (2 years).
  • English (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the sale of the product portfolio negotiated with the chains, according to the strategy established by the company, to ensure the availability of priority and strategic products that allow meeting the assigned sales quota for each point of sale.
  • Supervise and verify the work of the promoter, merchandiser, and work team (Task Force) to ensure compliance with the Success Photo (FDE) and Total Product Management (TPM), to improve sales volume.
  • Design and develop route restructuring programs, optimizing resources and load balancing, to increase productivity on the routes.
  • Supervise, monitor, and direct the performance of the staff under their charge in order to establish commitments and work relationships, for the achievement of objectives.
  • Periodically monitor relevant competitor activities detected in Convenience Stores and Pharmacies, to react and modify the strategies applied at the point of sale.
  • Ensure and verify the timely implementation of Campaigns, Promotions, and activities developed in Commercial Chains, to guarantee correct execution.
  • Review the operational indicators of the routes of Convenience Stores and Pharmacies under their charge, to obtain maximum productivity from them.
