Requirements
- Completed High School (Verifiable)
- Basic English
- 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Assistant
- Basic knowledge of Administrative Controls
- Basic knowledge of Cash Flow
- Basic knowledge of Organization
- Basic knowledge of Purchasing Systems and Applications (SAP)

Responsibilities
- Verify and manage purchase requests from departments through the SAP system, ensuring correct attention and fulfillment of orders.
- Assign appropriate suppliers.
- Group requisitions for quotation.
- Validate material and purchase information.
- Confirm authorized orders.
- Verify and control inventory levels to ensure supply and avoid shortages.
- Analyze stock statistics.
- Attend to spare parts requirements.
- Confirm purchase orders with suppliers.
- Prepare and manage the billing process for services for administrative control.
- Process incoming loads.
- Relate and deliver invoices to accounting.
- Verify purchase documentation to ensure compliance in material handling, including hazardous products.
- Execute and maintain SAP records and supporting documentation for audits.
- Implement quality, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
