Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the reception of Finished Product and the reconciliation of inputs and auxiliary materials with Production, ensuring the accuracy of physical and system inventories, as well as compliance with the production program.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the activities of reception, validation, storage, rejection, and return of Finished Product, inputs, and auxiliary materials from third-party suppliers, ensuring the quality of received materials, correct inventory management, and prevention of discrepancies, losses, or delays in payments and recoveries.
  • Assign, execute, and supervise the activities of reception and shipment by freight of Finished Product, inputs, and auxiliary materials between distribution centers, ensuring compliance with logistics programs, efficient resource utilization, product quality, and operational safety.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the activities of reception and shipment of inventory for secondary distribution (T2), ensuring that units are loaded correctly, on time, and that the return of inventory from the market is processed appropriately.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise activities related to inventory control and TPM (Total Product Management), ensuring correct inventory rotation, compliance with freshness policies, prevention of shortages and losses, as well as optimization of the supply chain.
  • Execute, monitor, and supervise the application of industrial and patrimonial safety measures, promoting safe practices, correcting hazardous conditions, and ensuring the physical integrity of collaborators, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the timely and correct recording of inventory entries, exits, and movements using systems, electronic devices, and technological tools, ensuring data integrity and proper use of assigned resources.
  • Execute, supervise, and comply with the management of personnel in charge, including scheduling, vacations, training, performance evaluation, resource allocation, monitoring of indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Comply with and participate in internal and external audits, as well as quality, safety, environmental, safety, continuous improvement, training, and regulatory compliance programs applicable to the area.
