Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Forensic Sciences, Criminology, or Risk Prevention Engineering.
  • Experience as a Surveillance Coordinator (3 years), Surveillance Supervisor (2 years).
  • English (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and supervise compliance with policies, guidelines, and processes to identify, treat, and control risks affecting the organization's operations and assets.
  • Lead and supervise effective strategies to foster a strong culture of prevention and protection in all regional operations, ensuring safety and integral well-being.
  • Establish and supervise relationships with authorities and external organizations for the prevention, management, and investigation of security incidents.
  • Consolidate regional asset incidents and conduct detailed analysis of risks and vulnerabilities in each business unit of the region to identify potential threats and effectively mitigate losses and shrinkage.
  • Implement and supervise detailed follow-up of actions and work plans to reduce inventory difference indicators and minimize operational losses in the company.
  • Advise and supervise with the IMCR responsible in business units the timely attention to incidents to mitigate risks and protect the safety of collaborators and assets.
