About The Position

This role is responsible for operating machines in the Secondary Packaging area, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards. The position involves making machine adjustments, verifying packaging materials, and distinguishing good from bad product. It requires working in a cool climate with repetitive hand movements and completing necessary paperwork. The role also supports various company activities like Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, and training documentation.

Requirements

Cool work climate and requires repetitive work with your hands.
Ability to complete paperwork.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines.

Understand different types of product and bar code numbers.

Responsibilities

Operate all machines used in Secondary Packaging.
Make adjustments to machines and set correct codes.
Verify the usage of correct packaging materials for product.
Distinguish good from bad product.
Complete paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines.
Support CPS activities (Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD, etc.).
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines.
Participate in the development, implementation, and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Perform SAP documentation.
Perform any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.
