About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at 157 Westview Dr., Meadville, PA 16335. The role pays $16.20 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime consistent with applicable law. The assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Shifts are Saturday through Wednesday, from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs; end of sort means completion of required sorting and cleanup directed by site management.

This active, physical warehouse role supports the movement of packages during the holiday rush. Team members safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, keep their workspace organized, and help packages reach their next destination safely and on time. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent roles after the assignment, subject to eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
