About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler supports the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages. The role is based at 4339 Carolina Ave., Richmond, VA 23222, pays $16.00 per hour, and is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The season runs from November 7, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Overtime pay is available consistent with applicable law.

This is a temporary seasonal position. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. No previous warehouse experience is required, and training is provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
