Seasonal Vaccinator/Clinical Field Team (EMT, LPN, MA) FL
About The Position

This role involves providing onsite vaccination services across Florida’s senior living communities. The position offers flexibility in choosing shifts that fit your schedule while making a direct impact on resident health and safety. This is a seasonal role with orientations beginning in September for clinics scheduled from September through December.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant program or current, active Florida license or EMT certification
- 3+ years of LPN/MA/EMT experience
- Strong patient-facing and communication skills
- Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs
- Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sites
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents
- Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care
- Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform)
- Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support
