About The Position

Park Nicollet is seeking an LPN, MA, ATC, or EMT to join its Women’s Services team. The role uses broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices to support providers in accordance with PNHS standards and policies. The position helps deliver care and a positive experience for patients and their families. Duties may include escorting patients to exam rooms and documenting visit information such as height, weight, and blood pressure; preparing and administering medications and immunizations as directed by the clinician; completing all components of the standard rooming process; and complying with relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with varied hours distributed in advance. Clinic hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, maintained; online BLS certification is not acceptable.
For LPN candidates: graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing and maintain a current state practical nursing license.
For MA candidates: graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES.
For EMT candidates: graduate from an accredited EMT program and hold a current Minnesota EMT license.

One or more years of experience, preferably in a related field of medicine.

Responsibilities
