About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as the face of the store by greeting customers, identifying their needs, matching them with appropriate products, and helping close sales. The role supports the company’s mission to encourage creativity and music-making in an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Requirements

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation toward providing excellent customer service.

• Willingness to learn products, store operations, sales, and leadership skills through the GC certification program.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continue learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Help execute tasks needed to prepare the store for business and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build customer relationships to fulfill future service needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
