About The Position

As a Seasonal Support team member at Guitar Center, you will serve as the face of the store by greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and helping close sales. The role supports Guitar Center’s mission to nurture lifelong musicians and make the joy of creating music accessible to musicians and non-musicians alike, while contributing to an inclusive, customer-first environment.

Successful team members provide excellent customer service, connect meaningfully with customers, take initiative, communicate respectfully and clearly, and build product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program. The position also involves reaching service sales targets, helping keep the store ready for business, maintaining displays and inventory, and building customer relationships to support future service needs.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.

• Assist with tasks required to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and serve customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
