About The Position
As a Seasonal Support team member at Guitar Center, you will serve as the face of the store by greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and helping close sales. You will support customers throughout the sales process, demonstrate knowledge of products and services, and work toward sales targets for services. The role also involves learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education; helping keep the store ready for business; replenishing displays as needed; and building customer relationships to support future service needs. Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong orientation toward providing excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work through the Guitar Center certification program to develop a base understanding of products and sales techniques.

- Intermediate knowledge of musical instruments sold at Guitar Center, such as guitars, drums, and technology products.
