About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as the face of the store by greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and helping close sales. The role supports Guitar Center’s mission of nurturing lifelong musicians and creating an inclusive, customer-first environment. Seasonal Support team members assist customers through the sales process, learn about products and sales techniques through training and continuing education, and help keep the store ready to serve customers. They also monitor inventory, replenish displays, and build customer relationships to support future service needs.
