About The Position

The Seasonal Support serves as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, learning about their needs, recommending appropriate products, and helping close sales. The role supports customer service and sales goals while helping keep the store ready for business. Seasonal Support team members build product and sales knowledge through onboarding, certification, and continuing education, and develop customer relationships to support future service needs.

• Ability to work through the Guitar Center certification program to develop a base understanding of products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.

• Assist with tasks that ensure the store is ready to conduct business and serve customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
