About The Position

The Seasonal Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express personal style and incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. Stylists deliver customer-focused styling and sales service while supporting store operations and working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or proficiency in the local language as applicable to the market.
Availability specifically on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. is also considered.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and confidently and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Provide styling advice, suggest add-on products, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce customers’ choices and invite them to return.
Drive results through customer connections and product storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
