About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate helps maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role also supports store presentation, register bagging, and compliance with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain the store’s appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
