About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store at Westfield Century City during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during high-volume periods, helps maintain the store’s appearance, and assists at the register. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position in Los Angeles, California. The associate must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent physical activities including standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain store appearance in line with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
