About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate will help maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provide basic customer service. The role involves replenishing and recovering merchandise, maintaining store appearance and housekeeping standards, and assisting with bagging purchases at the register. The associate must follow Levi’s store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives, and may take on other tasks as needed. This part-time seasonal role is located at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The associate must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday. The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain the store's appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
