Hickory Farms LLC•Knoxville, TN
•$17 - $18•Onsite

About The Position

The Seasonal Store Manager is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. The role oversees staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company and operational standards. The manager is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, leading by example, and developing a high-performing sales team. The schedule is based on business needs. Following Thanksgiving, managers are expected to work at least 32 hours per week when sales volume supports the additional labor expense, with additional hours as needed for successful store operations. The manager must be available for any required shift—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—and must be able to travel to the store on short notice to address operational needs. Occasional local travel to other store locations may also be required. The position is based primarily in a fast-paced, high-traffic mall retail environment and involves frequent customer interaction and movement. It requires standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items, and frequent bending, reaching, and walking. Employees may encounter hot and cold temperatures while restocking products and accessing freezers. Pay is $17.00–$17.50 per hour. This seasonal position is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable law. Seasonal team members receive 30% off Hickory Farms products.
