About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and works at Hickory Farms seasonal retail locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience through proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and personal and team sales goals. Associates work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and high service standards. The position reports to the Seasonal Store Manager. Seasonal team members receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and showcasing products; achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
• Restock and organize merchandise as directed to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously and provide service that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.
• Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Maintain safety awareness and follow safety protocols; report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediately.
• Contribute energy and enthusiasm to a positive work environment.
• Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron while on duty.
• Complete assigned training courses and materials.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
