About The Position
This seasonal Sales Associate role is employed by Noor Staffing Group and represents Hickory Farms at its retail locations. The associate delivers customer service, drives sales, and helps provide a positive shopping experience through proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and support of personal and team sales goals. Associates work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and high service standards. The role includes a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products. It is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable law. Pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour. The position is performed in a high-traffic retail mall environment, with increased activity during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local travel to other store locations may be required. The job description may be modified to meet company or operational needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passion for excellent customer service.

- Ownership, dependability, and initiative.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement and standing, including walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities
- Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
- Engage customers and showcase products to drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide service that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Follow safety protocols and promptly report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager.
- Contribute energy and enthusiasm to a positive work environment.
- Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron while on duty.
- Complete assigned training courses and materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
