Hickory Farms LLC•St. Petersburg, FL
•$17 - $19•Onsite

About The Position

The Seasonal Store Manager is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. The manager is responsible for sales results, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company and operational standards. The role also focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, leading by example, and developing a high-performing sales team. Schedules are based on business needs. Following Thanksgiving, managers are expected to work a minimum of 32 hours per week when sales volume supports the additional labor expense, with additional hours as needed for store operations. Managers must be available for any required shift—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—and able to travel to the store on short notice, including outside regular hours, to address operational needs. Local travel to other stores may also be required. The position is based primarily in a high-traffic mall retail environment. It involves frequent customer interaction and movement, extended periods of standing, and physical activities such as bending, lifting, reaching, and walking. There may be exposure to weather and hot or cold temperatures during product restocking and freezer access.
