Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
• Engage customers and showcase products to drive sales and support personal and team sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
• Restock and organize merchandise as directed to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, and provide service that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention policies and accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Follow safety protocols and promptly report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager.
• Maintain energy and enthusiasm and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow dress-code standards and wear the provided apron while on duty.
• Complete assigned training courses and materials.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
