About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for its store at The Summit Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. The associate helps deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience and connects customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys using retail technology. The role works with the Store Manager, other leaders, and associates to engage customers, support store goals, and contribute to the business. The position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to last 3–4 months, with potential to extend. It is an onsite role with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail work experience is preferred.
Familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers and share knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Promote customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and support customers’ purchase journeys.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
