About The Position

Fabletics Retail is hiring a driven and passionate Seasonal Store Associate for its retail store at Fashion Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The associate provides a high-quality retail experience, using technology to help customers shop seamlessly across the website and stores. Working with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and other associates, the role supports customers, contributes to business goals, and helps move the business forward.

Requirements

At least one year of retail work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Ability to meet the role's physical demands, including frequent movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics culture and values and offer customers insight on how to live their passion.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Encourage customer engagement in and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and improve the customer purchase journey.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes can weigh 10–30 pounds.
