About The Position

Fox Rothschild is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Las Vegas, Nevada office. The role is for an attorney with four to six years of experience and offers substantial responsibility across complex commercial litigation, receivership, bankruptcy-related litigation, and financial restructuring matters. The associate will work closely with attorneys in the Litigation and Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy departments and handle sophisticated matters for a diverse client base. The successful candidate is expected to take an immediate, meaningful role in case management, client service, and litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience.
• Juris Doctorate (JD).
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong experience managing discovery and drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.
• Experience working on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and handling substantive litigation responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bankruptcy-related litigation, receiverships, or creditors’ rights matters.
• Trial experience.
• Large law firm experience.
