About The Position
Frank & Eileen is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Seasonal Operations Specialist to support the Back of House team at its Madison Avenue flagship. The role supports day-to-day store operations, focusing on inventory management, shipment processing, and operational excellence to help create a seamless experience for the store team and customers. The position is expected to be temporary through the holiday season, as needed.
Requirements

- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Comfortable lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Able to frequently handle inventory, including folding, steaming, tagging, and replenishing products.
- Able to adapt to physically demanding tasks as part of ongoing store operations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, stock, or operations experience; luxury or specialty retail experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments accurately and carefully.
- Support inventory management, including stockroom organization, replenishment, and transfers.
- Prepare products for the sales floor by tagging, steaming, folding, and replenishing them as needed.
- Partner with the Front of House team to ensure timely product availability for customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment consistent with Frank & Eileen standards.
- Assist with operational tasks, including supplies management, packaging preparation, and special projects.
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in back-of-house processes.
- Support additional operational tasks and directives from Store and Assistant Managers and the Visual Merchandiser.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Move and organize stockroom fixtures, shelving, and storage systems.
- Assist with assembly, placement, and adjustments of shelving, fixtures, and displays during store setup and seasonal floor moves.
