About The Position

Pandora is hiring a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant to support sales and store operations during its busy season. The role can focus on either sales or operations, with possible crossover depending on the store’s day-to-day needs. Sales-focused assistants connect with customers, help them choose gifts, provide personalised service, share product knowledge, and work to surpass sales targets. Operations-focused assistants support customer service by preparing click-and-collect orders, managing deliveries and returns, restocking shelves, wrapping gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards. The position is a fixed-term contract ending either 27 December 2026 or 3 January 2027. Team members must be available on key trading days, including weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day; the employer says it will distribute these days fairly. Annual leave accrues according to entitlement, but is not normally approved during the busiest period except in exceptional circumstances. Accrued unused leave will be paid in the final pay or may need to be taken during the final weeks, depending on business and trading requirements.
