About The Position

Pandora is hiring a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant to support sales and store operations during its busy season. The role can focus on either sales or operations, with some crossover depending on the store’s daily needs.

In sales, the assistant serves as a brand ambassador, connects with customers, helps them choose gifts, works toward sales targets, and builds product knowledge to deliver strong customer experiences. In operations, the assistant supports customer service behind the scenes by preparing click-and-collect orders, managing deliveries and returns, restocking shelves, wrapping gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on either 27 December 2026 or 3 January 2027. Employees must be available for key trading days, including weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day; staff will not necessarily be required to work all of these days. Annual leave accrues according to entitlement, but is not normally approved during the busy season except in exceptional circumstances. Accrued untaken leave may be paid in the final pay or, depending on business and trading needs, taken during the final weeks of employment.

Responsibilities
