About The Position

Seasonal Operations team members provide daily location operations support efficiently and safely during the busiest period of the year, September through November. The role helps manage inventory and logistics and supports the local agriculture community. Team members maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently.
Ability to organize, adapt effectively to change, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with the body, arms, or legs; trunk strength to support parts of the body repeatedly or continuously; and ability to perform some repetitive motions.

Nice To Haves

Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred.

Responsibilities

Report to the assigned workplace at the specified time and notify a supervisor of late arrivals or absences before the start time.
Operate and maintain assigned equipment and facilities.
Assist with and record preventative maintenance activities.
Assist with distributing farm supply products and grain when assigned.
Keep the shop and warehouse areas where they are working clean.
Participate in company-provided safety and job-related training.
Follow company safety and conduct policies and procedures.
Present a positive, professional image to customers and the community.
Maintain licenses, physicals, and other requirements needed to perform the job.
Carry out other duties assigned by the location manager.
