About The Position

Pandora is hiring a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant to support sales and store operations during its busy season. The role offers a choice of focus between sales and operations, with some crossover depending on the store’s day-to-day needs.

In the sales focus, the assistant acts as a brand ambassador, connects with customers, helps them select gifts, works toward sales targets, adapts service to customers’ preferences, and builds product knowledge to deliver positive customer experiences.

In the operations focus, the assistant supports behind-the-scenes work to help maintain customer service. Tasks include preparing click-and-collect orders, handling deliveries and returns, replenishing shelves, gift wrapping, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on either 27 December 2026 or 3 January 2027. Employees must be available for key trading days during the contract, including weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, though they will not necessarily be required to work all of these days. Annual leave accrues according to holiday entitlement; leave is not normally approved during the busy season except in exceptional circumstances. Accrued unused leave may be paid in the final pay or, depending on business and trading requirements, taken during the final weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, learn their preferences, and help them find gifts.
• Use effective sales techniques to work toward or surpass sales targets.
• Build and apply product knowledge to deliver customer experiences.
• Prepare click-and-collect orders.
• Manage deliveries and process returns.
• Restock shelves with inventory.
• Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards.
• Be available for key trading days during the contract, including weekends and specified holidays.
