About The Position

POP MART is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to support its retail team during the holiday shopping season. The role serves as a brand ambassador, helping create memorable shopping experiences by sharing product knowledge and character stories, engaging customers, and supporting store sales and daily operations. Associates help maintain an appealing store environment, assist with merchandising and inventory tasks, and support customer traffic and product launches. This is a temporary seasonal position expected to conclude at the end of the designated seasonal period; the end date may vary based on business needs, and continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and willingness to support changing business needs.
• Ability to learn product information, point-of-sale systems, and retail operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods, based on store scheduling needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or another customer-facing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Familiarity with POP MART characters, products, and the collectible toy community.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems, handling merchandise, or supporting inventory operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectibles.
• Make personalized product recommendations and engage thoughtfully with customers.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store in keeping with POP MART brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow procedures for merchandise handling and loss prevention.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, particularly during peak holiday periods.
