About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate helps customers find premium-quality eyewear and contributes to the success of Sunglass Hut by providing an authentic, energetic customer experience. The role involves building relationships, understanding customers’ needs and preferences, recommending suitable eyewear, and supporting sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced colleagues and store leadership to deliver service and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The position also helps keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and uses technology accurately to support customer service and transactions. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping customers, communication skills, interest in eyewear and fashion, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are emphasized. This is a seasonal/temporary position at Sunglass Hut in Ala Moana (Makai). The listed pay range is $16.00–$19.78. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
