About The Position

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate for its Ala Moana boutique. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Associate will achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales, and develop a network of loyal clients. The role combines exceptional client service, relationship building, community outreach, clienteling, CRM coordination, and maintaining the boutique’s visual presentation. Travel may be required. The hourly rate is $24.04, with an additional commission structure; salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.

Requirements

Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Natural curiosity about people and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Effective in-person and written communication skills.
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
Attend community social functions to generate new business, invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events, and reach out through curated clienteling tools.
Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
Assist with display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, and maintain the boutique’s aesthetic quality.
Travel as required.
