Seasonal Client Associate - Ala Moana
About The Position
The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator (KPI), and profitability goals. The role provides approachable, efficient service on the sales floor; builds relationships with clients to encourage repeat business; and contributes to a friendly, inviting, clean, organized, and productive store environment. The Client Associate maintains knowledge of seasonal apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use, and participates in store events, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM) activities. The position is based in a retail store and requires the ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of seasonal apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
- Participate in store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activities to drive and reward repeat business.
- Follow client service standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
- Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
