About The Position

Van Cleef & Arpels is a High Jewelry Maison with a strong heritage, exceptional know-how, and a creative environment. The Sales Associate helps achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales and developing a network of loyal clients. The role reports to the Boutique Manager and requires excellent service, effective communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment. Travel may be required. The role includes training on the Maison’s history, know-how, and creations. Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment in the USA. Salary is negotiated based on skills and prior work experience; the stated hourly rate is $24.04, with an additional commission structure.

Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with seven years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
Attend community social functions to generate new business, invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events, and reach out through curated clienteling tools.
Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communication about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
Assist with display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, and maintain the Boutique’s aesthetic quality.
Travel as required.
