About The Position

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate for its Ala Moana boutique. The role focuses on achieving sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales, and developing a network of loyal clients in a fast-paced luxury environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, build lasting client relationships, and communicate effectively in person and in writing. The position reports to the Boutique Manager and includes community engagement, clienteling, CRM oversight, and maintaining the boutique’s presentation. Travel may be required. The hourly rate is $24.04, with an additional commission structure; salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Richemont offers a compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
Attend community social functions to generate new business, invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events, and use curated clienteling tools to reach out to clients.
Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
Assist with display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, and maintain the boutique’s aesthetic quality.
Travel as required.
