About The Position

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities with the team.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and recognizing peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share customer and employee experience insights and feedback with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment and omni-order fulfillment processes, build product awareness, and help maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
