About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling across the sales floor, uses technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and helps maintain the store’s visual, operational, and inventory standards. The associate also works collaboratively with peers, shares product and styling knowledge, and communicates customer and employee experience insights to Store Leadership. This position is located at 4235 The Strand, Columbus, Ohio, 43219, United States. The starting pay is USD $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Provide customer and employee experience insights and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling contributions on every shift affect store business.
Support shipment processing to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer the focus, and stay current on merchandising updates.
