About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling, works collaboratively with store peers, and helps maintain visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Support positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share feedback and insights about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to store business.
Support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes, build product awareness, and help maintain sales-floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers, and stay current on merchandising updates.
