About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling across the sales floor, uses technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and contributes to teamwork, product knowledge, shipment processing, order fulfillment, stock levels, and Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards. This position is located at 705 S. Dakota Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33606, United States. The role requires flexible availability to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling responsibilities on each shift contribute to store business.
Support shipment processing, learn about new and restocked products, help complete omni order fulfillment, and maintain sales-floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates while focusing on the customer.
