About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling across the sales floor, uses technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and works with colleagues to deliver a positive store experience. The associate also supports shipment and omni order fulfillment, maintains stock levels and visual and operational standards, and shares product knowledge and customer and employee feedback with the team and store leadership.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes and omni order fulfillment while helping maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on the customer.
