About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement, teamwork, selling, shipment and omni order fulfillment, and the store’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of the experience.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share customer and employee experience insights and feedback with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling contributions on each shift affect store business.
Support shipment processing, learn about new and restocked products, help complete omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
