About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. Associates work in a team-oriented environment and help support the company’s continued growth. This is a seasonal, part-time position in Aiea, Hawaii, at Pearlridge. The listed pay range is $16.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun and outgoing, with an interest in fashion, trends, or shoes.
• Be driven and willing to work hard and succeed.
• Be comfortable talking with a wide range of people.
