As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to make shopping memorable. You work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors, building trust and loyalty while helping maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues start each day by preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling products, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They engage customers in friendly, personal conversations, maintain shoppable merchandise displays, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing interaction. Team members support one another and continually learn and improve to contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
