About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help deliver a strong customer experience and support sales at its Kapolei, Hawaii store. Associates create an enjoyable shopping experience, help keep the store clean and organized, and work as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment. The position involves selling shoes and apparel, staying engaged with customers, and contributing to the store’s success.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits, and must have open availability during weekends. Shoe Palace seeks outgoing, driven, enthusiastic, dedicated team players who are interested in fashion, trends, and shoes. Customer-service experience is helpful but not required; athletic-shoe sales experience is a plus. The stated pay range is $16.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.
