About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help create a strong customer experience and maximize sales in a team-oriented retail environment. The role involves engaging customers, supporting store operations, and helping maintain a clean, neat, and organized store. Team members should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable adapting to diverse situations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits, and must have open availability during weekends. The position pays $16.00 per hour and is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.
