About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to help deliver a strong customer experience and maximize sales in a team-oriented store environment. Associates create an enjoyable shopping experience, help maintain a clean and organized store, and contribute to Shoe Palace’s continued growth. The role involves active work in the store, including running around and climbing ladders. Weekend availability is required. The pay range is $16.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
