About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while helping customers enjoy an engaging shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, supporting their personal style, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment. You also assist with store operations, including opening and closing tasks, maintaining the sales floor, and completing transactions.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge to support and maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment.
• Model the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
